Second State, a restaurant near Dupont Circle, opened about two months ago and launched its Stately Affair Brunch series three Sundays ago. This brunch event only happens on Sundays and rewards well-dressed ladies and gentlemen with a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot or Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey upon arrival. The second brunch, held on November 23, was hosted with the brunch queens of Bitches Who Brunch. Rosé Media had the pleasure photographing these two events and shared the photos on Facebook.
